Mike Weatherley, the Conservative Member of Parliament for Hove and Portslade, is encouraging residents to have their say on plans for a temporary Ice Rink at the side of the King Alfred site.
The King Alfred Ice Rink project is an exciting proposal for a temporary facility on some of the derelict land on the King Alfred site. The Ice Rink is still in the planning phase, but Simon James, the man behind the rink, has launched a survey in order to gain some community insight into the project. Commenting, Mike said: “Residents now have the chance to have their say on the proposed King Alfred Ice Rink. I think that this would be a great facility for the city, given that we have been without an Ice Rink for so long. I would encourage anyone who is interested to take part in the survey.”
